Before Appointment 24-48 Hours avoid:
No Alcohol
No Ibuprofen (Its a blood thinner)
No Coffee Morning of
 
After Appointment:
No Getting Eyebroes wet 7-10 days after procedure
Apply small amount of A&amp;D Ointment 1 a day for the first 7-10 days
No Picking, Scratching, No Gym, No sweate, No Sauna, No Tanning, No Swimming
No Make up on Eyebrows until Fully Healed.
